Creating boost blend and bad gas maps via rotary switch

So, I was thinking about ways I can make good use of my AEM 12 position rotary switch.

Initially, I wanted to use position 0 for essentially waste gate pressure in boost blending, and position six would be like 80% boost, tapering to 100% table two by position 11. (because of course, it goes to 11...)

However, I was thinking about the utility of having a "bad gas" or 89-91 octane spark map in case I am traveling and 93 octane isn't available.

So, here is the basic idea:

The idea would be that spark map 1 would be 89-91 octane. Map 2 and 4 would be basically the same exact spark map because they would be used for ethanol and automatically selected/blended by my sensor. Spark Map 3 would be my 93 octane map.

Ethanol content would blend between 1/3 and between 2/4.

At position 0, it would mean 100% boost map 1 (basically waste gate) and spark map 1/3. Once you switch to position 1-11, it would begin blending between waste gate and boost max boost.

Is my logic sound? Any suggestions? I can't implement this on this engine, (or rather, it's not necessary), but once I go to 10.5:1 on the new engine, I would really like to have a 'limp mode" in case I have to run lower octane gas in a pinch.
