I hope someone here can help me out. I am installing an M45 JRSC supercharger kit with TDR pulley upgrade on my stock 94 miata. I plan on running a Megasquirt PNP as well. I spoke with a few tuners at various shops and they said while they could create a fuel and ignition map by hand, it would be more cost effective to get a boosted miata base map to start from. Does anyone have an M45 and running MS on their miata that could send me their map? Or does anyone have any advice for me running this setup? Any help is greatly appreciated!

Why not use the PnP base map and autotune the fuel to a decent standard yourself? The base spark map is considered conservative. I'd then let the tuner dial in the spark table for power.

You'll have saved a lot of wasted time and money by doing it that way. The tuner is probably also going to waste lots of time on scaling Kpa and RPM on a blank canvas so do yourself a favour and save money.

I am still new to all of this so I'm sorry for all the noob questions. Will I need to install a wide band in order to use the auto tune feature?

Narrowbands are useless for tuning because they are only accurate in a very narrow range around 14.7:1, and you will want to target considerably richer than that under WOT. A decent WBO2 like an LC-1 will cost about as much as 1-2 hours of professional dyno tuning (which you'll recoup by having autotuned your fuel map ahead of time as craigo suggests) but then you'll have the wideband forever for monitoring and/or tuning on your own.

Can I just replace my stock O2 sensor with a wide band like the LC-1 , or does it need to be used in addition to the stock one? Thanks for all the help so far guys.

You can just go ahead and replace it.

That's how I run my LC-1. I pulled the OEM sensor and use the stock location.

Would I have to wire the LC-1 differently because I would be unplugging and removing the stock sensor, or because I'm using the Megasquirt ecu? Thank you for being patient with my lack of knowledge.

Go check out LC-1 or AEM or any other wideband installation instructions. You'll need to run a switched power, ground etc. and then you'll run an output signal wire from the controller to the appropriate wire on the megasquirt.
