DIYPNP Noisy TPS Ground issue

Hi,
After trying out three different TPS I've concluded that my noisy TPS signal must be a ground issue.
Thus far I've done the following
  • Cleaned (with brake cleaner and wire brush) throttle body ground
  • Cleaned ground under throttle body
  • Stripped paint at the first battery ground location
  • Added a wire from the upper throttle body ground to chassis
None of this has produced any noticeable improvement in TPS signal noise. I've noticed that the noise becomes considerably higher when the car is running.

I've also opened up my DIYPNP to check for any sort of physical damage, none found.

Could the alternator somehow make this happen? The power bolt is tight, the controller connector is connected and the bolt that holds the alternator to the block is tight.
Is there anything here that can be cleaned? I know the alternator grounds through the block.

I'm assuming this is a signal ground issue somewhere, because my CLT signal is also noisy. I'm guessing this is also why my car begins to misfire under load.
The car is virtually undriveable right now.

Within the whole range the TPS has noise.

Within +-1% TPS randomly. I have a datalog at home.
If I hold the throttle at a certain amount, it will sit there for a second, and then immediately start being randomly noisy again.

I've never seen that setting in TS. Is that an option for a DIYPNP? Sorry for the spoon feedy question, where would I find it?

yeah it's under general settings or something like that. somewhere on the first tab.

I reduced it to 20, but as the car was cranking my DIYPNP blew magic smoke.
I pm'd you about an MS3X.
