Anybody not able to open MegaLog Viewer?

Default Anybody not able to open MegaLog Viewer?
Clicked on the MegaLog Viewer Icon then the small opening screen appears but nothing after that ( ! ? )

I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it but it still won't open up.

Any ideas ?

No, I don't see it minimized at the bottom of the screen.
I also tried to open it up from "Programs" instead of just the Icon on my desk top.....

make sure you have the correct version. I downloaded the 64bit version and I got the exact same results
