Default replaced alternator, high idle

I can't figure this one out and I don't know if it has to do with my megasquirt or not. After swapping out my alternator, the car started without a hitch but idles at 2k on the dot. The first thing I thought was that I had dislodged a wire somewhere as a lot of my wiring goes over my alternator, but megatune showed all sensors to be operating correctly, but my vaccum is at about 60kpa. my idle is usually around 45kpa at 1krpms, but I checked my vaccum line and didn't find any leaks.

The thing is, its not just a high idle. if i floor it it dies, and if i rev it, it won't go past 3500 or so. it behaves almost exactly like a rev limiter. If my vaccum was messed up, then it would be revving like crap because of the AFR being way off, but my gauge says otherwise. it hardly moves at all during those episodes. Also, when i rev it to 3000 or so, it takes a good 30 seconds for the car to return to 2000.

I can't provide a log right now cause I'm at school and my car is at home, but I wanted to know what you guys thought so I could figure out what to attack first when I get back.
