Fluctuating idle due to Open Header and no intake?

I cant get the idle to settle, it fluctuates wildly. I checked Tuning idle with MegaSquirt

I double checked my timing and it is fine (at 10*).
I was under the understanding that the stock fuel/spark tables in TS were fine for a Miata.

My main concern. I am running an open Raceland header at the moment with the wideband in the header. I cannot change that until I get the thing running to get it to a shop. Evidently, the 94-97 header does not match the 94-97 cat, but that is a different story.
I am also waiting on my intake tubing so the IAT is reading ambient temp which I would think would be fine since it is open air at this point (I know not a good idea, but it is in the garage and not dusty.

Would either of these cause the idle issue? The wideband fluctuates from about 12- off the gauge as it is fighting to run.

I am posting my MSQ and composite log. (Keep in mind that these are stock TS except the few setting that I have changed. I cannot find a compatible tune for a NON PNP that anyone is willing to share...LOL)
(I just added the ICV settigns and have not tried it, I had the crazy buzzing noise as well earlier so I disabled it, now I have added it and changed to 511hz)
Engine is a 2003, naturally aspirated, 99 intake...
MS3/MSx on latest software and firmware

Thanks,
Mike

if you tune it rich (can't go off wideband), it will smooth out.

I have little to no clue what you mean.
I understand that you are saying that I need to richen up my fuel map but are you saying to ignore the wideband?

how far is your wbo2 from the end of the header?

hoenstly, the open header shouldn't affect one thing.

honestly, the open header shouldn't affect one thing.

Probably 8 inches or so
