Help with boost control of Enhanced MS2 from Reverant

Hello guys, i've started this thread cause i can't reach Reverant, i don't know what to do with a strange issue and i'm a bit desperate.
I have his Enhanced MS2 for 99-00 Miatas, it is "custom" ECU made by him, composed by an ordinary MS2 connected via CAN bus to a microsquirt controller to manage every input and output that the NB needs.
I have trouble getting my EBC MAC valve working: i have wired it correctly to the "green wire" (pin 20) like it's written on instructions by Rev, but it doesn't work with the "ordinary" boost control settings, those ones controlled by the MS2 part of the ECU. The output pin i guess is named PA0, but i've tryed to output in test mode also FIDLE, PT6, PT7, ecc. There is also the possibility to select the boost control "location" on "remote" (i guess it means not on the primary MS2 board but on the CAN controller) and then i can select port 1, 2 or 3. But with everyone the ECU tells me that there is a port conflict.
Even more strange, the EBC works if i switch (by the violet wire) to the "high boost map", the one controlled by the CAN controller. Then the EBC start to work normally by the 2nd open loop map, or by boost by gear map, depending of the setting. However in this mode I don't have control on frequency, i cannot use closed loop or overboost control.
Am i doing something wrong? How can i get the EBC work with the "ordinary" MS2 boost control settings?

Ok Reverant answered and i fixed, i write it here if someone will ever have this problem:
There is a jumper that controls the boost control output inside the ECU, 1-2 position makes the output controlled by the PA0 pin of the mainboard, 2-3 position makes the output controlled by the microsquirt controller so it works only by the advanced settings part.
