Default Easytherm values for 99 parallel

So I searched all around and it seems that everybody is using all kinds of numbers for all different setups. I am running an MS1 3.0 in parallel on my '99 with a '97 CAS retrofit. I am using all the other stock sensors that came on my '99. What values should I have set in Easy therm? I am running a LC-1 wideband, where do I configure that to work with my MS?

For EasyTherm values, see post 7 here: https://www.miataturbo.net/forum/t13676/

For LC1 config, go into MegaTune Configurator (which can be launched from the start menu or from within Megatune) and set it up for the LC-1 default, as follows:

So I am using Easytherm 5.0. Tomorrow morning I am going to reburn these values.
CLT Values: RX7 Defaults
Celcius
0 6000
40 1100
80 320

IAT Values: GM
Farenheit
WHAT DO I USE HERE?

Who else is running MS-1 parallel on their 99 and what settings are you using?
