Default Mspnp2, loaded tune, tuner "cant handle" bricked

Help! Installed a mspnp2 in my 91 and tried to load the basic tune. But tuner studio won't accept it and says it can't and won't let me load a new project without telling me the same thing..

Why would changing the AFR table change the current fuelling.

Change the VE table to effect fuelling. The AFR table is a target for EGO

Would that be a wideband or narrow band O2 sensor?

And is it:

a) Calibrated and,
b) Setup as a the correct type of wideband in TunerStudio?

You're going to have to have a wideband if you want any chance of being able to tune your car.... The odds of getting a basemap that's dead nuts perfect is kinda slim, and thats what you're relying on cause that '12:1' you're seeing is about all you're going to get out of a narrowband.

...and BTW. 12:1 is not only NOT "extremely lean", it's rich at anything but moderate to high boost and wide open throttle.
