Default Help with MS3 Pro.

Hello,

I got my engine back from the machinist now my bore is 85mm from 84mm I didn't think it would be that much of an issue no other components were changed
The engine is in but my AFR is 22.4 on my gauge. Before the engine failed my AFR was spot on.

Question to anyone that is familiar with MS. What's the best approach to get me one the road so I can work out the links before I get a fresh tune? I have no idea what I'm doing on MS3 pro. Before the tune I was running a standard tune I just needed to choose my injectors, air temp sensor, trigger wheel and so on. It was enough to get the bugs out.

Currently the car does idle with slight pressure on the gas soon as I release pressure the car stops.

if anyone wants to help please message me I can give you my number.

thanks.

I'm having a really shitty day, but I'm going to hazard a guess that if your engine runs for any period of time, the actual AFR is not 22.4. Your O2 sensor is either bad or the connection is wonky.

And... none of the actual smart guys here will chime in unless you post your tune, and even better also post a log.

Nope, you're spot on, there's no way the engine would run at 22.4.

You went from 84 to 85mm, which is a ~2.5% change in displacement, I know it's more complicated than this, but if you were idling at 14.7, 14.7 multiplied by 1.025 is 15.06, not 22.

TL;DR your wideband is f**ked.

Correction no other components were changed.

In your opinion leave the tune as is? I can only idle when I have some pressure in the gas peddle. I did reset my wide band sensor. Maybe I will reset it do you think that will fix the idle issue? Or as someone else said my sensor might be bad but it's practically brand new. Not sure how to get the tune out of the ecu the tuner never gave me the map or else I'd post it.

thanks.
