Not really, just swap the plugs, (the plugs that would've gone into the OEM coilpack), for the COPS around...

This requires a re-wire since thmy harness is built from the old igniter..

If this is a MSPNP Gen1, open the lid, remove the main board, and de-solder the wires at pad 1 and pad 3. Swap the pad 1 wire to pad 3 and solder. Swap the wire from pad 3 to pad 1 and solder. Reassemble ECU.

Or, if you don't wish to open the ECU, simply cut and swap the brown and brown / yellow wires on the car end of the old igniter plug.

Many different ways to solve this problem, none of them especially difficult.
