IAC not working?

1 Attachment(s)
Well im new to tuning like most around here. I have been trying to read up on things but I dont always understand so im reaching out. My current issue is to get the car to crank and idle without having to give it gas. When i do give it gas it gives the killer squeal for about 5 secs and then will hold idle. I also dont think that my IAC is working for a few reasons and would like some advice. I have done the CAN/BUS test on TS and with wont change the idle rpm at all from 0-99%. Also for some reason i cant get my idle VE table to work either. It doesnt matter what values i put in each cell nothing changes. I have been having to tune my idle from the fuel ve1 table.
So my current setup is:

MS3X (built by me)
GT500 (CM5621) 613CC inectors
Homemade intake on the cold side with a IAT sensor (GM Sensor)
I also have a aeromotive steath pump. I believe it is 325lph.
I am using a AEM WB.

These are the only mods I have preformace wise. I have a turbo kit im about to put on but would like to learn a bit more about how to tune first. Any help would be appericiated.
Here is my map.

If you have tried the different output ports and it still doesn't work, and you know that it worked previously (before MS install or such), then cut the factory wire on the main harness (Do a continuity test on the wire to ensure its the idle valve) and wire it to the fidle output on the db37. Then change output port in the idle control settings to fidle. Solved it for me

cutting factory wires is never a way to solve a problem...

Any other recommendations?

well you can put the MS in test mode, and check for the signal at the connector. If you set it to a very slow rate, and put your DMM into diode test mode (the one that beeps with continuity), you can test the signal to ground. If your DMM beeps rapidly, then the signal from the MS is good but the valve is dead. If nothing then maybe the wiring or board circuit is bad.

So today I was finally able to check this and It showed that there was contiuity on the IAC but when i tried to send the signals the connector showed nothing. I have to go back and find out where the IAC is on the board and see if i messed something up.
