High Idle on startup

High Idle on startup
I'm obviously new to all this. I have most of my turbo kit together but, I want do this one step at a time so I understand all the terminology and functions.
I have a 9093 mspnp2. Upgraded soft ware to HD for the VE Analyze live. Car is a 93. Did a 1.8 swap myself last year with FM kit.
I know I need a wide band and VTPS. Ordered a AEM wideband. Also a VTPS for d-shaft from Allied.
Would like to be able to move the car safely before I install these parts. Is it possible to get a Idle that's tunable without these parts? Car idles at about 3500 from cold to hot.
What settings am I missing?
Attached my settings so far.
Thanks for any help.

Drop the closed idle DC number and the minimum DC number in the idle settings until it idles correctly. They are all different, but try 10 and possibly go down to 7 or 8 if necessary.
Or find the vacuum leak, if there is one..
