Innovate Motorsport (MTX-L) E9 error

Hi All!
I just added a turbo to my car and I'm using a wideband O2 sensor from Innovate Motorsport (the MTX-L). Every time I crank the engine I get an E9 error which is a low voltage error. Then the unit re-starts and enters heater mode for 20-30 seconds during which time it doesn't output AFR data. I've tried replacing the battery, better grounding, better power connection but nothing works. The voltage is dropping down to 11V during cranking which I think is normal, but enough to error out the sensor. Has anyone else run into this? Any ideas on what to try next? Help from the company hasn't been very useful.

I would put the O2 sensor on a 12v power that isn't powered during cranking.

I used to have the same issue and lived with it. Switching to AEM fixed it after the sensor bit the weenie.
Try splicing the 12v to a different source, I've heard the cigarette lighter is a good choice but never tried it myself.
My spidey senses tell me this ist part of why MTX-Ls tend to eat sensors.
