Default MS PnP Wiring Possible?

I would like to pick up MSII w/ PCB3 for a 1990. I've read a lot on here and DIYautotune but would just like to know if its possible to wire it up without cutting into the factory harness. I heard something about some people using a connector from the stock ECU purchased from boomslang. With that can you make it PnP?

yeah his was a little nicer...I modded mine so I had to pull a few wires & "unpretty" it.

But technically....I plugged in the boomslang to the factory harness, plugged in the MS, plugged in the boost source and it cranked right up.

I need a new hobby, I'm considering making one or two for peeps...now that i've experienced it firsthand, i trust I could build it on my own....for a nomial fee of couse :gay:

I used a boomslang adapter to do mine so that I did not need to cut the stock ecu harness. I only bought a female adapter, cut the leads short, and soldered the wires to the correct leads.

Hey Braineak, what are the two different cases there in that picture? Looks like your running the stock ECU parallel with MS.

Yeah the ABS computer throws off those who dont have ABS.

I wish the ABS computer were somewhere else, it makes the MS install MUCH easier. I have mine in the glove box bolted to the back wall.

you dont have to, but this it built so the stock ECU controls the idle valve, a/c, and fans...
