LC-1 and stock NB sensors question

Hi guys,

I'm getting together all the bits of info I need to fit my MS-1 in parallel with the OEM ECU in my car (see signature for specs).
In terms of the LC-1, I plan on fitting it in place of the first stock NB sensor. Will I have any issues with the engine management not seeing the first stock NB sensor?

I know the LC-1 is more configurable than the AEM, but some searching on here has led me to advice where members have advised that the AEM needs to be installed separately, is this down to the AEM's lack of configurability as I intend to spoof one of the LC-1 outputs as NB so that the stock ECU is happy.

I'm not concerned about the LC-1 overheating using the first NB sensor port as I'm supercharged and EGT's aren't going to be as hot as my old turbocharged car, especially when using a suitably sized heat-sink.

Thanks,
Craig

Anybody?

In short, I just want to be able to use the first o2 sensor port for my LC-1 wideband in my MS1 set-up.

Can it be done?

If you remove the stock forward O2 sensor entirely, the stock ECU will throw a code for an open-circuit on the heater line. You can leave the sensor connected but dangling to solve this.
