Lean hiccups in cruise caused by AE?

Just got my 600's installed and started trying to dial some stuff in. I think I've got a decent handle on most of it. One thing that is bugging me... When held at a steady 4,000 to 4,500 rpm cruise down the highway I get lean spikes and the car surges... will be cruising at about 15.0 to 1 and it will shoot up to 17.4 to 1. Would my AE settings play a role in this? If not what would?
Here is my latest log.

Thanks guys.

I have a similar issue issue. What happens with mine is The ecu gets a random reading of 10,000 rpms or so... causing the rev limiter to blip.

Here is what mine looks like, i still havent solved it:

mine is deff not doing that... that's very odd. CAS reading maybe? Mine is definately tuning related, as it just started doing this after i installed the 600's today.

It could be AE. Set the mapdot threshold to 1000 to rule it out (or whatever the MS1/e equivalent is).

disabled AE, I don't think it was the cause. It is doing it worse now. Here is a screenshot and the second log.

Upgraded to hi-res 10g and car is running better than ever. Seems to have completely solved this issue. I really don't know why the pnp's do not ship with hi-res loaded. :)

The MM9697s do. I agree, though - I won't even tune a car unless it's been switched over to HR10G.

Log your Cam Angle Sensor. Mine had the same problme with the lean spike and RPM spike to 10,000 rpms during cruising. My normal logs would not always show the RPM spike but the when I logged the CAS it did. Once I saw that the CAS was not sending out a signal every now and then I replaced it and it has been fine since.

Will do if i experience it again. Since I updated to hires it has yet to reoccur.
