The following only happened after I upgraded from V3.3.0 to V3.3.0

The cold engine start is great I have no problem with that. my main idling problem is when the engine is hot. Been out today using auto tune in Tunerstudio, thing went well. When I got back I stopped the car and after a few minutes I restarted it, the revs went to about 1500 RPM and then down to 650 RPM and back up again to 1500. This happened for quite a while going up and down till after period of time it seemed to settle down to around the 840 RPM mark. I have had a play around a little but no avail so if somebody can point me in the right direct I would be most grateful.

My setup:MX5 mk2 1.8l 1998. Reverent Megasquirt 2 extra v3.3.2. Supercharged with a Mini Cooper M45, 15% reduced pulley. Intercooled. Larger inlet valves and head de-shroulded. Dans Ev14 550cc fuel injectors. AEM wideband. Coolant re-routed.

I think you need to smooth out these values. Your AFR's are oscillating, which is causing your RPM to oscillate, which is making it difficult for closed loop to zone in on proper idle RPM.
