Question MAP sensor off T-fitting from FPR ?

So I'm in the process of upgrading my greddy kit to MSPNP, and just removed the Vortec.
I still have the T-fitting on the vaccum line between the intake and the factory FPR.

Will hooking the MAP sensor hose to this be ok ?
I already have a 'T' on the nipple where the Cruise was using that for my BOV and Boost Gauge.

Figured just hooking to the the fpr line will just be easier for me. That and it's closer to the firewall so it seems to be a win-win situation in my eyes.

Any input is appreciated.

Hope this was the right place to post.

Isn't that what they show in the MSPNP manual?

So yes, that's fine.

FPR line is better, there is less turbulence at the rear of the manifold so the reads are a touch cleaner.

That's the line he's talking about or am I missing something?

edit: I guess you are saying that's better than where he has the T in the cruise line.

I believe the manual shows to put the T in the cruise control line.
I figured it wouldn't be a problem putting it in the fpr line, but wanted make sure.

Thanks guys.

Yeah. IMO, the best place to tap for a boost gauge is the line between the IM and the MS, so you see exactly what the MS sees.

Yup you can rn your boost gauge off the map line inside the car as well, keeping the plastic tubing away from excessive heat

Edit: iPhone is too slow for posting
