like stock?
I can't quite get it right. It's like 99% there. Yes it's better than stock in some ways but not quite in others. My starter still takes a beating on cold starts and every once in awhile there's still a very small stutter after a shift. Small stuff really but the closer it gets the more obvious these little problems are.
Anyway, anyone have some tips for starting? I'm triggering of the first crank tooth which is 6 deg for me and I have the cranking threshold at 450rpm. What does everyone have in the upper left bins on the spark advance table (100kph and 500rpm, etc)? Frank |
most run MS in parralel so that stock ecu handles mundane stuff like starter, AIC, etc

NBs must ahve better starters.... my cranking rpm is 200, it was set to 300 before and it was hard to start. Also you might try two priming pulses at key on instead of just one.

I had been trying higher cranking levels thinking I would be holding the advance down to 6 deg longer. Sounds like I was going the wrong way. I'll try lowering it instead. Thanks.
I had been running spark control only to isolate this. |
