Test wastegate actuator base pressure, help
I thought my WG issues were over, but it appears that they are still there. I ordered a 11psi WG can.
My open loop settings for testing are...
(diy ebc)
19.5Hz
10ms
inverted
closed duty% 0
open duty % 100
boost control duty table has every cell set to zero. I am under the impression that this should let me rely entirely on the WG can to control boost.
EBC is plumbed correctly and I am taking boost reading from after the IC and before TB.
I hit my boost overshoot limit at 17psi. IS it common to overshoot this much? I was datalogging at the time and the graph doesn't show the WG opened even slightly.

be careful you dont overload it.... most ebc solinoids like mac solinoids operate at maximum duty cycle of 90% and you just modulate the PW.
but if its working i guess dont mess with it...just set overboost protection.
