Megalog Viewer Not Displaying Boost

2 Attachment(s)
Ok I've been starring at megalog viewer for the last hour and I can't figure out how to get my logs to display boost/vacuum levels. All I see is boost duty and boost target. Am I missing something? I updated to the latest version.

yes. you have to set it up under one of the custom settings (if you have the full/registered version)
otherwise you just view engine map

boost/vac is for noobs. learn kPa. just by looking at your screenshot i can tell you're idling around -10psi or ~18 in-hg.

Ok sorry for my ignorance. So Engine Map according to my screen shot is 32.3. Is that labeled in kpa? Would that then be about 4psi?

100kpa is atmo (for those of us not living under a rock lol)
anything below 100kpa is vacuum
everything over is boost

if you must figure out what boozt you're running to brag to your bronies, take your max kpa, subtract 100 and divide by 7. or something like that. look it up.

Yup. I just needed the idea straightened out in my head. Now I can tell all the boozt I is running to brag to all my homies! I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything on megalog viewer.

I usually just tell people my kpa numbers in real life because bigger numbers sound more impressive.

Or I just tell them I run all of it.

18psi 09-19-2013 09:30 AM

I'm gonna start doing that :giggle:

How much boost you runnin bro?

TWO HUNDRED THIRTY KPA BRO!!!!111

Whoah, your car must be ultra fast.

Bro fo sho
:dealwithit:

concealer404 09-19-2013 09:34 AM

Daily driver in the 310kpa range. Come at me bro.

And because stupid arbitrary goals, i'd like my 93 Miata to require maps to 400kpa.
