Megasquirt 2 not getting power

I've been having a no start issue with a 1.8 swap into my 92' and a day ago my megasquirt was fully funcitoning and connecting to my computer and I do seeminly nothing and now it won't connect and the red lights coming out of the side are no longer there...

I'm getting a volt meter later today to check if in fact I am not getting power but opening up the ECU and inspecting things leads me to believe it is not damaged so maybe its something with the car???

This is what I think may have done SOMETHING... I don't know what.. what it's the only thing I've done differently with megasquirt

In an attempt to start the car when troubleshooting the no start issue, I unplugged megasquirt and plugged back in the stock ECU, not realizing I forgot the fuse you remove when initially installing megasquirt... could that have shorted something? Blown something? Done anything at all?

Seriosuly guys this car is driving me up a wall if its not one thing its the other, any advice is appreciated.

Ill post mulimeter readings later.

Thanks,

AJ

I had taken off the fuel rail and injectors because reasons and I had a no spark issue so I took out the relay to crank the engine and fix my spark issue while not spraying fuel all over my engine bay, didn't think it would hurt anything but lesson learned.
