Megasquirt Corrupt Tune?

Just been having issues with the car. At idle overall richness of about 11.4 when it used to be 13.6, cruising I can't get the car to go more than maybe 70mph because it bogs really hard. It stutters at around 9.0. This also happened just one night when I turned the car on. Reason I thought it might be a corrupt tune is because the car has been in a couple accidents, and had the battery completely discharge many times.

Check the vaccum line to the MS.

When I was running MS1 I had it get corrupted maybe twice. It was kind of obvious though. Weird values in certain tables. Review your shit and see if anything is amiss. If any numbers have been changed to something weird and you're positive you didn't do it yourself, then reflash the firmware and load your last known-good msq. Don't forget to not fry your coils.

I checked them out, nothing wrong with those, or any vacuum lines that I saw. I have also tried switching the turbo to wastegate controlled boost, but with the ecu electronically cut at 5. No difference. I checked over wiring and that seemed to be fine.

Do you have good gauge readings? RPM and MAP where they are supposed to be? AIT and CLT in the right ranges. Any enrichments kicking in when they aren't supposed to be? Corrupted table? Banana in the tail pipe?

Post a log

I've been running MS-1 for 4 years, MS-II for 4 months, and MS-III for a few months now...never once had a corrupt firmware issue.

If could be as simply as it's summertime, you're adding way too much Gair, and it's going rich like whoa. And by all means, try not to review your VE table and see if it's changed.

+1 On first install of HR10g, I had to flash three times but it's been stable since.

Has my MS1 for 5 or so years, MSII has been in 6 or so months.

Not one corrupt tune/firmware.
