Megasquirt EFI wiring install help

I have an already built megasquirt EFI ecu with a plug and play harness for my 04 Mazdaspeed miata. I went to get it installed and tuned by my tuner.... it turns out he’s not familiar with the software. And Sadly I got it with no instructions but It’s pretty straight forward with the harness to where it plugs into from car to ecu. But my harness also has 5 wires that come out which is supposed to get wired into something else. my tuner is having problems figuring out what the 5 wires are and where exactly they go into. We don’t want to fuck shit up. So I’m seeing if anyone can help us out or have more info or can provide instructions lol thanks

Instructions are in that post. The wiring is

red = 12v
black = wb02 ground
blue = wbo2 input
yellow = spark c
grey = spark d

I believe you can ignore the yellow and grey.
