Default Megasquirt PNP Launch control problem, need help!

Hey guys, i'm running a 1996-1997 Megasquirt PNP with the clutch switch set up for launch control. It's been working fine, but now I have a serious problem, everytime I set launch control on through megatunes, the engine's rev limiter kicks in at 5200 rpms, I have tried reburning the LC rpm values into the computer and nothing works. My cars' rev limiter kicks in at 5200 rpm's regardless of whether or not the clutch pedal is pressed in. If I cut it off, all works fine and the car is back to normal.

Should I send my warranted Megasquirt PNP back in for repairs, I have reloaded my MSQ files, but to no avail...

I need help, or my life is over with...

Does it kick in in gear with the clutch out? it sounds like flat shift is coming on. I'd check your clutch and neutral switches before sending the MSPNP in.

Load the base MSPNP map that you can download off the mspnp.com website. You are calibrating your TPS aren't you?

You said it's been working fine and now it doesn't. I haven't heard of many MSNPNP's just failing. How about you post your MSQ.

Well i had 12 errors when I loaded your msq so these issues might be corruption caused by those errors.

Change your "enable launch when TPS above" value to a larger one. My WOT TPS ADC is 186 and I have launch enabled above 175 i believe. If you have a sensitive clutch switch for some reason or another it might be enabling on accident. Increase the value from 40 and it might help.

Your Dwell and Overboost settings are weird/wrong as well but i'm going to assume those wrong values were caused by the error and the corruption that ensued.
