MKTurbo 1st (non) start & maybe bad injector?

Finally finished all the mechanical/electrical work on the car (96 NA8) last week, and attempted to fire it up over the weekend to no avail. The first try on Saturday, we had forgotten to calibrate the sensors (duh). Went back at it on Sunday with the base map from DIY and calibrated sensors to the same result (cranks, doesn't catch). Also, post-crank at least one injector keeps buzzing Video of buzz. Tune file attached. We also did the timing belt over the winter but were ---- about maintaining positions of crank/cams. Car was running fine stock back in November. Also of note - car has a tank of 6-month old 93 octane with fuel stabilizer as it was stored over the winter.

Mods: MKTurbo full kit (exhaust, FlowForce 640cc injectors, MS3PNP Pro, AEM X-series). Plugs were gapped to 0.03 (I think).

Megasquirt tweaks (from base DIY map): added 640cc injector & timing. Set timing to "Fixed", 10-degree target, zeroed offset. Added TPS calibration & thermistor settings (RX7 coolant, GM IAT). Turned on overboost protection at 145kpa just for initial start.

Here's our next steps:
  • Pull plugs & inspect for flooding. We tried a "flood clear" start once to no avail.
  • Replace plugs w/ new
  • Take cranking log - not sure what I should be looking at but I feel like it'll come to me
Someone else recommended adding fuel to the base map with these injectors - thoughts?
Anything else I should be looking into?

Update:

Yeah, I'm an idiot. But to be fair, so are the Mazda engineers for not labelling the fuel lines coming into the engine bay as "F"eed and "R"eturn. Had the lines crossed. Buzzing sound was the FPR freaking out at having pressure on the wrong side of the diaphragm. Swapped the lines and it started up. Have to fix the V-band clamp at the bottom of the downpipe and figure out why the AEM isn't being read in TunerStudio but IT LIVES
