MS decision for my 95

Guys,
I messed around with MS back in the early stages of the project. Been away for a few years and see a lot has changed. I bought turbo'd 95 A/C & Cruise that I want to MS and am struggling with reference material.
My MS's are v2.2 boards (all information I find is on 3.0) and I have a choice of MSI or MSII. I was planning a stand alone which I thought would be easy with all the notes I found.
I followed the instructions on DIYAUTOTUNE for ignitions mods and plan to build my cable today with the same instructions. Will this cabling allow MSII as well? Or is there info out there on MSII that I can jump right into?

I appreciate this is DYI and much of it is self service. I learned quite a bit of MS previously and even did custom coding for my setup. However, at the moment I am not able to dive deeply into MS, Though tuning I am conformtable with and can handle. Any assistance is appreciated.

Stuck in the research. Should the ignition on the v2.2 board be built per the MS extra NEON?

elesujaun or something like that here has a MS v2.2 on his car. Search some of his post for some info that's v2.2 specific.

I'm not familiar with that version, so I can't really clarify anything for you. If you do a MS V3.0 there's tons of info here. Some have done MS2 here, including myself. Some/all of the stuff may cross over to that version, but I can not say for sure. msefi.com is the ms forum. Might be helpful.

Thanks Pat. I figured to head over to MSEFI. Just was hoping to find more info specific to the Miata here.
I will check into the v3.0 info as many of my questions can be answered by the circuit build itself.

just use 200-300ohm resistors on the spark pull-up over the 1K ones in the writeup. otherwise the difference in the board means little, just different output locations.
