MS Labs Basic Losing Sync

Hi Guys,
I've been having an issue with my car the last few weeks. The car began cutting out whenever I was WOT above about 5psi but I could get it to go higher by modulating the throttle. I did a fair bit of work in the week prior to this problem starting, clutch and flywheel change along with new FM spark plugs. I chased the issue around disabling both the AFR safety and boost cut. Neither of which made any difference. Finally today I re-flashed the ECU in case something has corrupted, there was still no change. I recalled something about the new spark plugs potentially causing interference with the radio due to not having a resistor so thought what the hell I might as well put the old ones back in, took it out again and suddenly the problem is gone. Now I'm sure this is an interference issue but I have no idea how to sort it. I've attached a datalog of when the problem was happening and it has a lost sync reason 31 and 32 which I believe is related to the cam, could my cam sensor be bad? If so why does it work with the old resistor plugs? Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated as I'm really at a loss. The car is a 2002 1.8 VVT.
Cheers
James

Always use resistor plugs.
