MS1 // to MS3 - What to do about harness?

So when I upgrade my MS, does it make sense to mod my parallel harness to be a standalone for the MS3, or should I just get a new one? Any market for parallel harnesses?

What I'm after is the least amount of work. Convert or replace?

unplug the stock computer, add the idle out wire, and volia you have a standalone harness.

You're kidding. That's all there is to it? I'm going to have to move crap around though, right? I think I'm going to forgo the expander for now in the interest of getting started on this for less cash.

Why would you need to move things around? On the db37(s) side, sure a few wires here and there if you add the expander, but why would the part plugs into the oem harness need to change?

OK, makes sense. This might be easier than I thought! Thanks, Scott

when I first went MS3, from MS2, I simply swapped the case and CPU, loaded the same tune and it started right up and off I went. The biggest change will be adding in all the extra features the the MS3 offers...such as a./c idle up, the idle duty tables, the 4x4 idle ve table, etc. etc.

Well, I'm coming from MS1. I imagine I get to re-tune. This is fine though since I wasn't happy with my tune anyhow.
