I've been off the forums for a few months and have only recently started messing with MS again. I completed building the board myself, and initially had injection pulse and spark coupled with an rpm signal when I plugged it into the car. The car would run for a few seconds and then stall...I'm assuming due to incorrect valves in the fuel and spark tables. After a few hours of troubleshooting, I suddenly lost rpm on TunerStudio and after checking under the hood realized I had also lost injection pulse and spark. I checked and I do have injection pulse and spark with the stock ecu plugged in. Everything appears to be connected properly. All three leds on the MS mainboard appear to be lit. I've attached a TunerStudio datalog from when I was getting rpm. Any ideas? Thanks for the help.

If you're no longer getting an RPM signal, can you try going back to a tune file from before that problem happened?

I'll give that a shot. Don't know why, but I lost rpm as soon as I loaded the no afm startup map from diy autotune. Maybe I turned off a setting in tunerstudio when I did that...I'll try my old tune and let you know.

That odd. I loaded my old tune and I get 100-200 rpm when cranking. And the fuel pump sounds like its running all the time with the key on? Is that normal with this setup? Thanks for the help!

Ok. I redid my test..I now have spark, but still no injection pulse. Rpm still ok.

Figured it out! The e30 tps I installed is no good and was causing the system to go into flood clear mode....unplugged it and all is well.
