No spark again.
I pulled the Mspnp and plugged in the OEM ecu and it had consistant spark.
But with the pnp I'm not geting spark after the first 3 sparks. When I turn the key on the plug fires. Then when the starter was ingauged it would fire three times in a role. Then no fire. and when the key was left to rest without turning it off, and engauge the starter again----No spark.
But everytime it is turned completely off and back on, the plug will fire 3 times. And then no spark.
With the oem ECU plugged in, it fires the whole time the starter is engauged.
Here are some datalogs.
If there is anything I can fix please let me know.
I have reloaded the firmware as well.
Thanks.

eBay Motors: 90-93 1.6L Mazda Miata Fuel Injector Harness (item 160301760199 end time Dec-29-08 08:55:10 PST)
What does the single little tiny connector in this picture connect to?
I found it loose.

Black wire with a blue stripe? That'd be the CLT sensor for the instrument panel, which is separate from the CLT sensor for the ECU. This will have no effect on the MS sparking. In fact, you can unplug the whole INJ harness (at common connector X-12) and it'll still make spark.
I'm recovering from a system crash at the moment and don't have MLV up yet, but when you crank the engine with the starter, does MegaTune show an RPM indication?

But If I turn it completely off, then the first turn it will spark 3 times and read rpm and then nothing, just a spinning engine.
