MS2 PNP facory knock sensor

I just installed the PNP MS2, and in my datalogs, I don't seem to be showing anything from the knock sensor? Does the MS2PNP utilize the factory NB knock sensor, since it is already connected to the factory ECU harness? Or is my only option to wire it to an input on the options plug? Given the location of the NB1 ECU, I REALLY don't want to have to get under there to connect it to the options plug. This is my first experience with MS, but I'm a bit more familiar with ECMlink for the DSM platforms. With ECMlink, the factory knock sensor is logged directly into the ECU through the factory wire harness. Just wondering if the MS2PNP can do the same on an NB1 with factory knock sensor.

Did you ever find a solution? I have this exact same question now...
