megasquirt PNP No injector firing... HELP
Ok guys heres whats going on.... boosted 1992 1.6 Miata, Greddy kit, ms pnp, 440cc injectors, AIT sensor,
Car will Start up and run on stock ecu, with 440cc's,and AIT, (no maf) with the FP jumped in the diagnostics box......
last night we weren't getting a tach signal or fuel or spark with the new MS PNP.... so we quickly realized we needed to update the firmware.... We did that... Now we have tach signal and spark on every coil.... I assumed we were getting fuel but were not...... Because I plugged the stock ecu in after countless setting changes with the pnp.... and started first crank and let it idle for 60 seconds.... with the 440s the cylinders obviously had a ton of fuel so I quickly plugged the MS PNP back in and she fired right up for about 5 seconds.... until the fuel burned and quickly died.... so with that said this is currently where I am at with the car.. I NEED HELP ON WHY THE INJECTORS COULD POSSIBLY NOT BE FIRING ON THE MS PNP BUT FIRE ON THE STOCK ECU....... Also this was a built MS PNP it was not done by DIY AUTO TUNE.... so we opened the case to verify that the injector pins were wired to there consecutive pins properly and they are........
