MS3 Evo wiring help

Purchased a PNP and had everything ready to install but a MS3 Evo came up locally and would solve my problems of additional inputs pretty easily and since I already was doing a custom harness in the bay it wouldn't take much more to take it all the way to the ECU so here I am. What I have done so far is matched most of the input/outputs to documentation from the pnp installs, so now I wanted to run it by the pros. The biggest ones I'm not sure of is the digital switched in, digital frequency in, and the A/C and fan configuration as a PNP wouldn't have 3 PWM outs so it's slightly different. I think all of the main engine stuff I have covered.

As far as A/C and fans: the main FAN is on PWM out 2 and is controlled by coolant temp, nothing special here. From my understanding the A/C compressor and condenser fan are both triggered form the same relay, so if the compressor kicks in the condenser fan also turns on so using Injector out J connected to the factory relay would allow me to use A/C normally. It's also my understanding that MS can't be wired so that the condenser fan connects to a different PWM that can then be controlled by coolant temps independent if the A/C is on or not. Am I missing anything here? So to keep it the same as OEM I would connect the A/C request to Digital switched in 1 and then the factory compressor/fan relay to Injector out J. Correct?

Digital switched in 1- A/C request
Digital switched in 2- clutch switch for launch control
Digital switched in 3- Flex fuel sensor

Digital frequency in 1- CEL
Digital frequency in 2- VSS

High current out 1- VVT
High current out 2- Boost control solenoid

Injector out J- A/C compressor/fan relay

Disregard the 47 pin layout, that will be changing with the new ECU, highlighted in blue is pins I should be using. Thanks for the help guys.
