Ms3 pro tune question

I posted my problem that I am having with my iacv valve. a while ago, here is a recap with a new question. First I dont have the logs from my last tune,The tuner installed a FM big spark kit running seq,and he replaced the trigger wheel with a mazda oem 36-1 from a protege i think. The car is full bolt on and made 250 whp on e-85. The car runs great for 2-3 months and then starts to idle badly and stalls, the I replaced the tps pcv and the iacv runs great again. the problem will come back again in 2-3 months and changing out the old iacv with a new oem one fixes the problem, cheap aftermkt ones do not work. The tuner thinks my problem is my 10.5 lb flywheel, no one else does that works on my car. Ok, my first tune on e-85 I had a pump gas tune and a e-85 tune done, ran it for 1 year on that tune. Later on I went to a very well known and respected tuner in fla and that tune is on my car now. I never had the pump gas tune changed, just the e-85. i know that my current tune was changed quite a bit from the first one. My question is, can the car run properly with 2 very different tunes? Can I remove the pump gas tune completely since i no longer use pump gas? Would there be any benefit? i will be getting the car tuned again as soon as I find another tuner in central Fl.

What ECU are you running?

Also, post your tune and a log of what's happening.
