MS3 Wiring.. Any problems?

4 Attachment(s)
So after getting fed up over my idle duty problem (the min value is 75% and max is 100%) I read into the problem and found a thread that figured it out by reversing the flyback diode. I've opened my MS3 (Rev built) and have followed his instructions to look for the diode, found it, but it looks like its perfectly fine. However, one thing I noticed is that the fuse is all white.. Is this normal? Anyone notice any wiring problems?

There's been some chatter about the onboard flyback diodes not being up to par. Also I think you need to jumper them on? Not too sure on either account.
I just added the diode directly to my interface wiring harness.

This is reference to the B&G expander board only and there's documentation in the docs on how to remedy it with a single jumper wire.

We are looking at pics of an MS Labs MS3 Basic -- any questions about it need to be directed back to Reverant and are almost always exclusive to him.

but if min is 75 and max is 100%DC when tested, that would suggest to me the idle valve output did not have a flyback diode back to 12v. It typically runs between 20 and 75%.

Hrrmm failure at reading and visual comprehension. It must be Friday.

Yeah, Rev is helping me out, but our time zones are a bit off. I figured I'd post the question up here so if I get advice I can work on it ASAP.

So I tested the Diode pictured above and found that when I connected the negative to negative, I got a 0.595V reading (MS forums say 0.6v is correct, so this is good) but then I connected it the other way around and got a 2.86v reading. From my simpleton knowledge of diodes, I should only be about 0v reading when I connect it in reverse since its a one way valve.

Anyone have advice on this one? If so, would the part number for it be on the under side of the diode itself?
