MS3pnp Pro 9900 question

I've got a 1999 Miata I'm going to supercharge and just acquired the MS3PNP Pro. I have been trying to get familiar with it before installing it. My question is what is the round nylon slotted thing is next to the vacuum port? I appreciate your feedback.

No one with any knowledge is going to answer your question until you introduce yourself in the new member forum. Don't bitch. That's just the way it is.

It's just a plastic fastener to anchor components to the faceplate (helps with heat dissipation, among other things). Don't worry about it, but don't mess with it!

This photo shows it better. It's from a different MSPNP so it has more of them.

This is a fairly unique question that is posted in the appropriate subforum. Let's not throw stones here.

Personally, I think giving this thread a more specific title (like "White plastic thing on MSPNP faceplate") would be the best thing to change, rather than the poster having a meet & greet.

Thanks for the response. Appreciate you not escorting me to the guillotine.
