MSDroid and Innovate AFR don't match

New sensor, free air calibrated. Sensor is about 14 inches from turbo. MSDroid will read about 3.0-3.5 lower than what the gauge reads. I've tried to hook up my laptop via BT but I can't get it to connect. I'm sure the gauge is right, just wondering what it could possibly be that is making the app read wrong? Oh, and sometimes the app will read the same as the gauge, so intermittent issue.

Make sure the MS is configured correctly for your wideband. In TunerStudio, this would be under Tools -> Calibrate AFR Table except for MS1s. Not sure about MS Droid.

Aren't innovate widebands pretty finicky with wiring? If it's an intermittent issue I would think that's your first suspect.

Yup, everything was working fine till a few months ago. Then I replaced the sensor with a new one, and took out my connector I had. I was thinking the same thing as far as wiring. The wire that feeds the ECU is the one I need to check, maybe just redo it to rule anything out. Question on this though, if the MS3 is outputting this to my app, that would mean the MS3 is getting the wrong reading, and EGO would possibly pull fuel right? I have been running lean with EGO enabled at part thottle/cruise situations.

Have this issue too. MSDroid reads 18 cruise and all of a sudden 15 with the slightest change of throttle input and sometimes I'm pretty sure the same input..
