I never intended to imply that. I was installing the MS3, wide-band and NB throttle body all at the same time.

I just went back and re-read the thread you are referring to, and I was very clear that it was my plan to do all that I stated. I never claimed to have the car tuned and running before installing the NB throttle body.

Yeah it depends what wiring diagram you're looking at. If it's red/blue, it's the right one. DIYautotune uses different plug numbers from Mazda.

I changed them. They're the same numbers I use for almost any engine, they're not very specific.

My bad, I guess I misread your post then. I didn't assume it's completely untuned.

Thanks again! I ended up mirroring the NB settings for the idle RPM correction curve and it seems to have made a huge improvement in idle quality. It was running pretty lean. More than I'd expect from the minor improvements in VE from my mods (MAF delete, AC/PS delete, header, exhuast, and a custom intake).

I should be able to work that out, but I'll upload my tune and a log later today.

I just wanted to come back and thank everyone that helped me. As a first timer, I still have a lot to learn, but you guys helped me along nicely.

I think my biggest issue was that she was just running really lean at idle. Additionally, the Spartan Lite Wide-band simulates a stoic signal until the sensor is fully heated and that was confusing at first.
