na6 idles rough, dies WOT after engine replacement

So i had my car dyno tuned roughly 6 months ago and the car has ran like a dream. I threw a rod a few weeks ago so i snagged a complete engine from my buddy and dropped it in. When i started the car with the new replacement it had a rough idle, you can hold the throttle about 10% and it would rev fine. Any more than that and it would die, running extremely rich on idle 10.0 and leans out flat line 17.0 WOT or anything beyond that 10% limit.
I know the engine ran well because i went offroading in my other miata with him and it ran perfect. This engine had a leaky water pump so i changed timing belt and water pump and the issue still persists. I changed the OEM FPR, fuel pump, replacement rx8 yellow injectors, fuel filter, CAS, coil pack, plugs and wires, throttle body, IAC, ISC, Boost leaks with no luck. -I tested the fuel pressure and and i have about 31-35 PSI on idle and WOT from the feed line, i unplug the FPR and it goes to 45 PSI and that doesn't change the way it runs. - So i eliminated everything and moved to the tune, i loaded on the basemap from megasquirts website and fired up the car. It revs all the way out but shortly after idling for a while it starts leaning out WOT again! Is it possible that i had some compression issues on my last engine and was dyno tuned like that and now im having issues? nothing is different from when i had the car running last time just a different block and head. the tune was PERFECT and had no issues whatsoever until i installed this replacement engine! any help is greatly appreciated like a lot. below is an attached file of my tune. RX8 yellow injectors, T25 SR20 turbo, stock Tps unplugged, Full 3" exhaust, MS2 ECU |
One thing i forgot to mention, i ALSO took my stock tps, intake tube and AFM, stock injectors and stock ecu and put it on the car. it idled a little rough assuming because i didnt have a stock o2? but anyway the car reved like it should and idled. it never once leaned out WOT and fell on its face like it does with my tune.

You don't have a VTPS to handle acceleration enrichment and you dropped a different engine in and haven't retuned the fuel or anything on the tune.
You should get a VTPS and a retune |
i had a VTPS when i went and got tuned but i dont get a signal from it on tunerstudio. so i never took the stock one off after checking how it runs on the stock setup. EDIT i am an IDIOT it is wired in! i have to find why i am not getting a signal from it!

Your tuner used 100% MAP AE instead of TPS Based AE, which is technically a subpar way to do things but it can work if tuned correctly.
|
So when i get the signal from the Tps that should clear things up for the most part correct? i was testing it the other day and i get very very little power out of it. but on my lifted miata its fine

No, you will still need to retune fuel and probably other stuff on the MS since the engine changed.
The VTPS is to set a lockout for the idle and handle acceleration enrichment, but that would all need to start from scratch as you are set to use MAP AE. If your AE isn't set correctly stumbling on throttle in will occur, and its harder to get right with MAP based AE since its reactive rather than proactive |
Awesome highly appreciate the help alot!

The replacement rx8 injectors are not rx8 injectors in most cases. They don't flow what they are advertised to flow and often vary enough between injectors to destroy engines. I wouldn't suggest spending the money to flow test them. It would be better spent buying known good injectors. I'm a cheapskate and even I would never chance them.
