NA8 Stock engine timing Ignition Table

I am looking for a recommended timing ignition map to compare to what I currently have for a stock NA8 on 93 octane running up to around 12psi. I haven't had any issues but I feel the map I have may be ultra conservative. I can upload mine later when I have access to it. I see the trubokitty base map. Is this considered conservative and safe or more on the edge of peak torque. Are there any other basemaps to look at the ignition tables that would be considered conservative for street tuning? I see in the forum where people recommend diyauto base maps but have not been able to find those.

Thanks

This is my current timing table.

*Edit* Nevermind, you want boost. Can't delete post ?

This was dyno tested with 98+ Euro octane - stock 1.8 with I/H/E. More timing only gave negligible gains.

I use the trubokitty map with a bit of smoothing and some timing pulled on stock bottom end cars. Ive found the BP's to like a lot of timing in the cruise area.

The timing in the cruise area depends on the afr since a leaner (higher numerically) AFR is harder to start and propagates at a lower rate. The AFR will depend on the spark plug gap. If the gap is less then .75mm then I would stay below 15:1 which will only require about 30deg. If your gap is 1mm+ then you can run up to 16:1 and will need 35-38. The idle cells should be set up for a constant timing for a stable idle. Do not use the timing table to control the idle quality. There are idle control tools for that. The idle and adjacent cells should be 10-12deg and a dedicated row for the idle speed.

Thanks for letting me know. Definitely seems like my map has a lot of timing pulled compared to the turbo kitty map.

Anyone willing to post a BP SC map for comparison sake?
