I just picked up a used ms3 basic but it didnt come with the db37 cable. Trying to connect a wideband to it. Diypnp seems to sell 2 cables. The MSPiggy and the MS3X-Piggy. Which one should I get?

Look at the connector on the ECU, does it have pins or sockets? Pick the cable that has the opposite. MSPiggy has sockets on the harness side, which would mate up with pins on the ECU side. MS3X-Piggy has pins on the harness side, which would mate up with sockets on the ECU side.

 

Didnt notice that detail. Looks like I need the MS3X-Piggy.
