new ms2pnp installed running and ready for next step

Other than a fast idle with the AC on, from turning the pot on the board too far ccw, i am pleased w the tune on my 2000.. The 99 miata base map seems good, if not running a bit rich out of the box. I unhooked the maf sensor and didnt notice a difference. I need to install the iat sensoe and innovate lc1 wideband o sensor now and am wanting to know if I need to do anything with the jumpers or just indicate the wideband in the basic setup which I found. The manual wasnt clear on the intake air tmp sensor other that the pin selection. Do I need to calibrate iat and clt in water using a multimeter per the manual or is that not necessary in the new version ms2 that I have.? If this is all futile until I install my lil ar 64 turbo? I have everything I need, but am trying to do this in stages for troubleshooting and understanding as I learn. Id like to install the wideband only once, but see the only way to accomplish that is if I install the turbo first due to obvious requrements to change the exhaust aft of the turbo.

Any suggestions or guidance would be appreciated. Fwiw, I have 550 injectors going in to reduce pulse width and pressure requirements but intend on using stock boost preported to be 8psi. I just installed a 9000 lb lift to make this funner and easierand intend on welding whatever exhaust changes aft of the turbo. This is my first time ever doing any automtive tinkering so please go easy on me guys. Thanks in advance for any help. On a lighter note, can anybody tell me why the bung for the iat sensor that came with the ms2 is stainlee and not aluminum so it could be wwlded to alum. Intake tubes? Am I missing something there?

You can use the stock IAT sensor on a '99-'00; just have to relocate it to downstream of the intercooler for a turbo car. The NBs were the first not to have the IAT built into the MAF.
