Newbie tuning MS-Labs 3 Mini

Hallo Miata Tuners!

I have started to tune my MX5 2004 with MS-Labs 3 Mini, the basics to get the engine to running was quite easy if you followed Reverant's instructions, and what a relief when the engine started at the first attempt!
Then I started to look around in TunerStudio and I got overwhelmed of amount all options which I probably have to deal with. So to begin with, I started with a lot of reading and watching Youtube videos before touching any of the options concerning Idle Tuning.

I have achived following this so far:

* Engine starts good enough when cold, but was almost impossible to start when warm (above 158F), if it started AFR and RPM was very, very low!
* But I managed to solve that problem by some adjustments in the After Start Enrichment Table (ASE), and then it started almost as good when cold.
* Activated IDLE RPM Timing Correction -- a nice feature to keep your idle on track , maybe it's unnecesary because It's a tracktoy but will keep it anyway.
* Also, setting up to use CLOSED-LOOP INITIAL VALUES made the engine to start without any issues.

But I've noticed one thing from the beginning of this journey, the engine hesitates when I punch the throttle, to narrow down any causes I inactivated the VVT,
also made changes to the TPS-BASED AE CURVE. The engine response become better, but the hesitation remains. I'm uncertain what to do next to come closer to a solution of this engine behaviour.
I would also be very grateful for any feedback because I like to improve things of my AFR, VE and Ignition tables as I rescaled them. I seen many examples of the beginning and the end of tables, how should they look to be best?

Here's screendump of logging

And the ASE table, after some tweaking which made warm starts possible

How is my progress? Very small step forward. Major complaint earlier was the hesitation when punching the throttle. So I had to look closer into the DIYAUTOTUNE manual howto deal with that. It took me few attempts before I found out that I got to be very light on my throttle foot when dealing with the lower TPSdot values. Eventually the throttle response felt more in a direction I was used to, good enough at the moment. I have been happy that the engine has been possible to start from the beginning , but It doesn't start quick enough. To help with the start it needs some help with the throttle, and according to the DIYAUTOTUNE manual, It might go rich during the cranking state and to solve that, make adjustments (lower values) to the Cranking Pulse table.

I had an issue earlier with hot starts and once it also suddenly lost revs almost almost died and AFR got low, which was solved by adjusting the ASE table, by setting lower values in the higher temp. area.

So next issue to deal with is the slow start up, and hopefully it helps with decreasing values in the Cranking Pulse table so the engine starts just with a push of the start button only.
* VVT is still deactivated.

A question, I'm using the idle VE table, should I use same values as in the FUEL VE table 1 in the columns?
Also the Y-axis goes up to 50 kPa, isn't that little bit to high for a Idle table?

My latest tune
