so the statement about not being compatible was more of a cautionary one rather than a "just wont do it" one?

did you have any issues with voltage spikes from the injectors? or did you isolate the injector circuit from the rest of the board? ... or are you just lucky?

you silly guy, one of the benefits of the MS is it can run low ohm injectors without resistor packs. you might want to read up on how to correctly setup the PWM settings to run them a little better.

Yes, it's more cautionary than a warning that it's impossible. The problem isn't that Megasquirt is unable to drive the injectors, so much as a noise issue.

That's really easy to fix with a five conductor (4x inj + ground) shielded cable, shield-grounded at the MS box (not at the injectors!). Should reject all the noise you can throw at it. You can get overkill wire by the foot at mcmaster for about $3/foot. Probably elsewhere much cheaper.

i'll have to look into that, sorry for kinda calling you out on that other thread. i have no idea how the plug wires were on the wrong coils i thought it was something more serious, it worked on my stock stuff. it works GREAT now, so far at 13psi and rising. and thanks for hauling *** on the shipping.
