Default 99 miata ms1v3 issue can't figure it out

So here is the link to the previous thread what miata? started about my car and the issues i have been having since my car has been turbo. First with the xede i had the same issue and then installed the ms1v3 parallel and still the same issue.
https://www.miataturbo.net/forum/t30474/

Here are the mods to the engine:
Ms1V3 with 97 cas
block bored 2mm, to 84mm
lower compression wiseco pistons
arp everything
h beam carillo rods
shimmed oil pump
550cc rx7 injectors
rebuilt head
still on the non return fuel system with a brand new walbro 255

pretty much the main issue with the car is that it wont hold afr's correctly. i make adjustments to the table its fine for a second then goes too lean or rich depending on what i did. This prob has been going on for a while with other management in the car. The xede on it before, I could never get it to run right no matter what I did to the fuel table

The car has had the following tests and parts replaced in hopes of fixing the problem:
-put the ms1 in another 97 ms1 miata and my ms1 worked fine...so it wasnt the ecu
-swapped out factory 99 ecus with another factory one...still the same issue
-put in bigger walbro 255 fuel pump and brand new in tank fpr...still the same issue
-swapped out fuel pump relays...no change
-swapped out 550cc's with a known working set of 550ccs...no difference
-swapped out 97 cas's...no difference
-ran the car with straight fuel line from the pump to the fuel rail...no difference..
-tried changing the tune on the car real time....no difference just causes it to go super rich or super lean when tyring to level the tune out...its either 10 flat or 18.5
-tried the car with the intercooler pipes (turbo) connected and (N/A) disconnected...no difference
-tried using the autotune function to get target afr's and did it three different times....the car still just went to 10 flat on one tune and then on the next tune it ran 18 flat.
IT DID THE SAME ISSUE ON THE XEDE no matter what i did ..i was always fighting the correction issue that the car has

im ready to scrap the car and pull the motor! please
save me from ruining my beauty....

Could be a dying fuel pump. But you do have other problems. You have a lot of noise. The CLT reading is all bouncy. So is the TPS signal. The TPS signal being noisy will cause TPS based acceleration enrichments to come on. Try turning those off and see if it gets better. You still have to figure out what's causing the noise and fix it though.

Where is the vacuum line hooked to on the intake manifold? What size vac line?
How is everything wired up?
What wideband and how's it wired up?

okay!
-i dont have a laptop to get on to the car at the moment but i will try turning those off.
-the vacuum line is hooked up to the back of the intake manifold near the egr stuff.
-the car is wired up correctly according to the installation guide online here. it has been checked one million times.
-the wideband is an aem and it is wired up into the megasquirt and it is reading the values correctly from what i can see..it reads the same on the gauge.

hmm i will contact the tuner and get those msq's and datalogs....
the plugs i dont remember what i got ...i think they are the iridium ones...not sure though.

guess have a bit of info to get you...i should have the car back in my hands by tomorrow or so
thanks for the quick response!

Are all grounds checked? Bad grounds do bad things with fuel.

Are these A/F issues happening at idle too?

yeah the afr problems happen at idle too...when you try to hold a steady load at say 2000 rpms or any number...for 30 seconds the car just randomly falls flat on its face rich...even though the throttle position and load have not changed...the car just starts to go rich...then when you use the ms to lean it out it goes to 18 flat...no where in between.

we checked for continuity between the block and the car and the ecu grounds...everything made a buzzing sound on the multimeter.

here are all the logs and stuff i have..

After [quickly] reviewing the log and msq, I'm going to say I'm on the right track....turn off your baro corrections under Engine Constants....let us know how reacts.

The msq you posted is not the same as the one you currently claim to be using. I know this because in the one you posted, barometric correction is on yet you recently said it's not. So post the msq that you are actually running right now.

haha mee too...so update everyone i removed the megasquirt and my complete engine harness to find that it seems as though my wiring harness connector to the ecu is mangled beyond all repair so i am getting a new 99 engine harness and putting the xede back on this week...i will keep everyone updated
thanks like i said before the issue with my car is not with the aftermarket ecu i am using but with the car itself and hopefully this bad connector clip will be the issue
