No signal inj2 signal from MSPNP2

Just rebuilt my motor with forged internals and the other normal goodies, and was struggling for a while to get it running. Was checking the injectors for signal and I ended up frying the ecu (turns out I had the lines to the rail backwards). Sent it off to DiyAutoTune to get that sorted out, $400 later I got it back yesterday and put her all back together, which brings me to the present problem: I've got no fuel to 2+4. Pulled the ecu out of the case, nothing looks fried or otherwise messed up. Ive ran the test in TS and can't get any clicks from inj2. Swapped the injectors around but still the same. I've verified continuity throughout the harness all the way to the ecu, everything checks out, grounds are good.

Heres a datalog, the battery was struggling pretty hard by this point lol

Not sure if you fixed this, but I recently installed a 2nd hand MSPNP2 into my 1990 and had the same issue. Finally found the INJ2 signal was being sent to pin 2Y for some reason instead of 2V. Swapped the pin on the harness connector and it fired right up. No idea how or why it would do this, my only idea is that something is messed up with the latest firmware.
