Default megaview: anyone used this yet?

I could eliminate a few gauges with this, and make it much easier to see. anyone building these? I can't assemble them because I'm dumb and never soldered anything.

not sure if it is compatible with all of the different versions we use (hi res, extra , ect ect.) I dont know **** about it tho.

If it wasnt so pricey I would get this:

LCDash Digital Touchscreen Dash / Display for MegaSquirt DIYAutoTune.com

a friend from my home town designed that as his senior design project for EE up at Uconn when i was still a freshman. He marketed it to DIYautotune and sold quite a few. He refuses to give me one for free :(

I've got one, not really that good IMO. The extra code breaks it, so all it will do is scroll in a tickertape style a load of figures at you, you can pause the scroll mind.

O2 sensor output is in volts too which ain't that useful, plus it scrolls things like air temp adjustment which isn't that useful in a guage IMO.

Plus you have to house the thing, I've still not got around to doing that properly!

Everything I'd heard was that it didn't work very well, so I made my own using a cheaper, but bigger 4x20 lcd. I just use it for viewing sensor values (not changing anything). Like all of my other projects... one day I'll finish it!

pics! that's all I wanted my MV for, similar to hustler, but the size of it and the number of unwanted values degrades it for me.
