Help Ordering MS stuff
Alright, getting the MS-I kit with 3.0 board, I am going to stick with the 2 bar map sensor that comes with it, because until I get my engine rebuilt, I am not going over 21 psi of boost. Anyways, I am going to use an Innovate LC-1 and Knocksense with my setup, and I am trying to determine what all I need to buy at once from DIYautotune. I know I need the buy the kit, the jimstim kit, the iat kit, but should I get this too? : http://www.diyautotune.com/catalog/p...0d77c393433205
Also, what do I need to get, and from where, to make this harness?: http://www.boostedmiata.com/MS/harness/harness006.jpg
I have the gm boost control solenoid already. Anything else I should get? Cheers.

Alright, well, other questions are, if I run the MS in parallel with the ecu, is it going to be the same as a piggy back greddy emanage ultimate? I don't want my ecu having any control whatsoever of my car, except for the sole purpose of generating cel codes. Also, what will the difference be with an 01 head an intake manifold, can I still use the same 96-97 base map? Which throttle body, tps, and iac should I use?

You seriously need to go read the MS forum because your questions are answered in at least one out of every five threads there.
You let MS control fuel and ignition while the stock ECU controls things like idle, egr, a/c and all that good stuff. The EMU intercepts the stock ecu signals and modify's them whereas MS has complete control.
MS is not a piggyback it is a standalone ECU that you an wire in parallel with the stock ECU to give it full control of select options of your choice.
